The terms and conditions stated below, along with the policies and guidelines located throughout the Izuco.com Site (collectively herein the "Terms of Use") identify what you, as a user of the Izuco.com Site ("you" or "User") can expect from Izuco.com llc, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and/or persons who provide products or services to Izuco.com customers. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to follow all applicable laws, you should leave the Izuco.com Site immediately.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is information that can be used to identify, contact or locate you. For example, personal information can include your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, or credit card information. We collect your personal information in an effort to provide you with a superior customer experience and, as necessary, to administer our business. You always have the option to view your account to make sure the information we have collected from you is indeed correct. You also have the option of removing any information from your account that you wish to keep private. However, please note that removing certain information such as your email address, contact information, and the like may greatly hinder our ability to effectively provide the service or products you have requested. Protecting the privacy and security of your personal information is a priority at Izuco. IZUCO DOES NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Izuco guarantees all products bought from us with a 12-month warranty against defects in quality. The Izuco warranty means we will repair your faulty item for free and send it back to you for free. Other compensation is not normally available. If an item is impossible to repair to a good working condition we will credit you instead. The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee. The customer is solely responsible for choosing the right product, including for example the "correct" desired memory capacity; color; screen size; digital tv format; GSM band; NTSC/PAL color region - as all of these are unique SKUs on Izuco.com - We will send you exactly what you order, so please read descriptions before purchasing.  Returns of your unwanted / unsold products will not be accepted.

• Cost of import duties on the China side and restocking fees: waived, paid by Izuco in full.
• Cost of shipping repaired item back to customer from China: paid by Izuco in full.
• If a product cannot be repaired: your original shipping fee will be credited in addition to the original product value so you can place a new order for a brand new replacement or a different product.
• Any new import duty or sales tax for the consignee for the returned repaired products sent from China is their responsibility as per the usual policies.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The items offered for sale on the Izuco.com contain descriptions that are provided directly by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such item.

IMPORT TAX

There are no sales taxes or hidden charges to pay on the China side when you buy at Izuco.com - However, you may need to pay some taxes on your local side when you receive the goods. Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country. The importer is solely responsible for all import taxes, sales taxes, and any other customs-related charges. Izuco accepts no liability for any such charges. Importing taxes and charges cannot and will not be quoted/predicted, and they cannot be reimbursed to you under any circumstances.

TERMINATION OF USAGE
Izuco.com may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate any User's right to use or access all or any part of the Izuco.com Site including any account thereon, without notice, for any reason in Izuco sole discretion, including without limitation violation of the Terms of Use, Izuco.com belief that such access would violate any applicable law or would be harmful to the interests of, or potentially cause financial loss or legal liability to, Izuco.com or another User.

MODIFICATION
Izuco.com reserves the right to make changes to the Izuco.com Site, posted policies and Terms of Use at any time without notice or liability. These terms were last revised on November 24, 2009.
